Heavy-renovation flips involve structural work, additions, gut rehabs, or significant value-add. We fund a high share of the purchase plus 100% of the rehab budget against the after-repair value, with draws reimbursed as milestones complete. Cosmetic, light-rehab projects are financed under our Fix & Flip (Lite Renovation) tier.
